The best for me


hemmmm.... tangga ? lif? tangga? lif???
My office is at 2nd floor. Believe it or not (yaiii haha) i use the tangga everyday (alaa 2nd floor je). Ya exercise la juga tu kata kan.. (sambil sambil utk 15 & 16/8/09 *chuckle* :) :P :D

Wait a minute..wwwaaaaait minute. Bukan ko punya rumah pun pakai tangga jugak?? So small matter je la kan naik turun tangga ni. Kalu suda 7 or 8 kali naik Mt. Kinabalu, naik turun tangga ni mcm minum air saja bah kan, wj? Hihihhihih
